6. Troubleshooting

• Water in Double Wall: If water appears between the double walls, it indicates that the seal on the small hole at the base may have been compromised. This can sometimes occur due to extreme impacts or manufacturing defects. If this happens, discontinue use and contact customer support.
• Fragility: While made from durable borosilicate glass, these cups are still glass and can break if dropped or subjected to hard impacts. Handle with care.
