Important Safety Information
Please read all instructions carefully before using your KOIOS Centrifugal Juicer Machine. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury. Keep this manual for future reference.
- Always unplug the juicer from the power outlet before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
- Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid.
- Ensure all parts are correctly assembled and the safety locking arm is securely in place before operating the juicer. The juicer will not operate if not properly assembled.
- Do not juice fruits with hard pits or seeds (e.g., peaches, cherries, plums, apricots) without removing them first. Hard seeds can damage the juicer's blades and filter, posing a safety risk.
- Avoid placing fingers or other objects into the feed chute while the juicer is operating. Always use the provided food pusher.
- If the juicer senses overheating, it will automatically shut down. Allow it to cool down before resuming operation.
- Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
- Use only original KOIOS replacement parts and accessories.

Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to correctly assemble your juicer before use:
- Fit the Juice Collector: Place the juice collector onto the motor unit base, ensuring it sits securely.
- Insert the Filter: Carefully place the stainless steel filter into the juice collector. Ensure it is properly seated.
- Position the Pulp Container: Attach the pulp container to the side of the motor unit. You may need to tilt the motor base slightly to align it correctly.
- Place the Feeder Tube and Lid: Position the feeder tube and lid assembly over the filter and juice collector.
- Secure the Locking Arm: Lift the metal safety locking arm upwards and secure it into the grooves on both sides of the lid. The juicer will not operate unless this arm is locked.

This image illustrates the six key steps for assembling the juicer, from placing the juice collector to securing the locking arm and positioning the juice cup. Each step is clearly numbered and depicted with arrows indicating the correct placement of parts.
Operating Instructions
Preparing Ingredients
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- For fruits with large seeds or hard pits (e.g., apples, peaches, cherries), remove them before juicing to prevent damage to the appliance.
- Remove hard peels from fruits like oranges, lemons, and pineapples.
- The 3-inch extra-large feed chute accommodates most whole fruits and vegetables. Cut larger items into smaller pieces if they do not fit.

This image demonstrates the convenience of the 3-inch feed chute, showing two whole green apples being placed into it, illustrating how it minimizes the need for pre-cutting.
Juicing Process
- Ensure the juicer is correctly assembled and the safety locking arm is engaged.
- Place the juice cup under the spout.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Turn the rotary switch to the desired speed setting (1 or 2).
- Gradually feed the prepared fruits and vegetables into the feed chute using the food pusher. Do not force ingredients.
- Once juicing is complete, turn the switch to '0' (off) and unplug the appliance.
Speed Modes
The juicer features three speed modes for optimal juicing of different produce types:
| Mode | RPM Range | Recommended For |
|---|---|---|
| P (Pulse) | Highest Speed (Instant) | Quick bursts of maximum power, useful for clearing clogs or for very hard ingredients. Release to stop. |
| 1 (Low Speed) | 12,000 - 15,000 RPM | Softer fruits and vegetables such as oranges, tomatoes, grapes, and berries. |
| 2 (Fast Speed) | 15,000 - 18,000 RPM | Harder fruits and vegetables like carrots, celery, beets, kale, and apples. |

This diagram visually represents the three speed settings on the juicer's control dial, indicating which types of produce are best suited for each speed, from soft fruits to hard vegetables.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your juicer. Clean the appliance immediately after each use.
- Unplug: Always unplug the juicer from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Disassemble: Disassemble all removable parts (food pusher, lid, filter, juice collector, pulp container, juice cup).
- Rinse: Rinse all removable parts under running water.
- Clean with Brush: Use the provided cleaning brush to remove pulp residue from the stainless steel filter. The brush is designed for thorough cleaning.
- Dishwasher Safe: All detachable parts are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). The motor unit is NOT dishwasher safe.
- Wipe Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water.
- Dry and Reassemble: Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing the juicer.

This image illustrates two methods for cleaning the juicer: manually cleaning the filter with the included brush and placing detachable parts in a dishwasher for convenience.
