Setup
1. Battery Installation

- Gently pull the top stainless steel cover upwards to separate the top section from the transparent spice container (refer to step 1 in Figure 2).
- Unscrew the motor housing from the spice container (refer to step 2 in Figure 2).
- Open the battery compartment cover located at the top of the motor housing.
- Insert 6 x AAA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated (refer to step 3 in Figure 2).
- Replace the battery compartment cover.
2. Filling the Grinder
- Fill the transparent spice container with your desired whole peppercorns, coarse salt, or other spices. Do not overfill.
- Reattach the motor housing to the spice container by screwing it back on securely.
- Place the stainless steel top cover back onto the assembled grinder (refer to step 4 in Figure 2).
Operation

To operate the grinder, simply press and hold the grinding button located on the top of the unit. The grinder will automatically begin to grind your spices. Release the button to stop grinding.
The built-in LED light will automatically illuminate during grinding, providing visibility to ensure precise seasoning, even in low-light conditions.
2. Adjusting Coarseness

The grinder features an adjustable ceramic grinding mechanism. To change the coarseness of your grind:
- Locate the adjustable screw at the bottom of the grinder.
- Turn the screw clockwise for a finer grind.
- Turn the screw counter-clockwise for a coarser grind.
- There are 5 different settings to choose from, allowing you to customize your seasoning to your preference.
Maintenance and Cleaning
- Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the grinder with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Dishwasher Safety: This product is NOT dishwasher safe.
- Spice Residue: The bottom cap helps keep counters clean. Periodically check and clean any spice residue that may accumulate around the grinding mechanism or on the stand base.
- Storage: Store the grinders upright in their stand base in a dry place when not in use.
