  • How to Use: Just add coffee and water, stir, and press! Easily makes 8oz (237ml) of regular coffee or 1 to 3 espresso-style shots for use in lattes, cappuccinos, and other espresso-based drinks per pressing in about a minute. It can also make cold brew in just two minutes! We recommend a medium-fine grind, but vary your recipes however you choose!

Operating Instructions

Brewing Hot Coffee (1-3 Servings)

  1. 1. Add Ground Coffee:

Use the included scoop to add 1-3 rounded scoops of medium-fine ground coffee into the AeroPress chamber. For 1 serving, use 1 scoop. For 2-3 servings, use 2-3 scoops and divide the brewed concentrate.

  2. 2. Add Hot Water & Stir:

Pour hot water (around 175°F / 80°C) into the chamber up to the desired level (marked 1, 2, or 3 on the chamber). Stir for 10 seconds using the included stirrer.

  3. 3. Press:

Insert the plunger into the top of the chamber and press gently. Continue pressing until you feel resistance and hear a hissing sound, indicating all the coffee has been extracted. This should take about 20-30 seconds.

Care and Maintenance

The AeroPress Go is designed for easy cleaning to ensure longevity and optimal performance:

  1. 1. Remove Coffee Puck:

After brewing, unscrew the filter cap. Hold the AeroPress over a trash can and press the plunger all the way through to eject the compressed coffee puck and filter. The puck should come out cleanly.

  2. 2. Rinse:

Rinse the plunger and chamber with warm water. For daily use, a simple rinse is often sufficient. For a more thorough clean, use mild soap and water.

  3. 3. Storage:

Store the AeroPress Go with the plunger pushed completely through the chamber to prevent the rubber seal from compressing and losing its effectiveness over time.
