- Temperature Control Knob (Top): This knob allows you to select the desired cooking temperature, ranging from 100°C to 250°C. Turn clockwise to increase temperature.
- Timer Control Knob (Bottom): This knob sets the cooking time, up to a maximum of 30 minutes. Turn clockwise to set the desired time. The oven will automatically turn off when the timer reaches zero, and a bell will sound.
General Operation:
- Place the grill rack or baking tray with food into the oven. Ensure the door is closed properly.

- Turn the Temperature Control Knob to your desired cooking temperature.
