Safety Information

- KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS to avoid accidental ingestion.
- In case of eye contact or prolonged exposure to skin with Swiffer WetJet solution, flush with water to reduce irritation. If irritation persists, call a physician.
- Avoid exerting excessive pressure on the mop pole as breakage may occur.
- Do not use on unfinished, oiled, or waxed wooden boards, non-sealed tiles, or carpeted floors as they may be water sensitive.
Setup Guide
- Connect Poles: Assemble the mop handle by connecting the pole sections until they click securely into place.
- Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment on the mop head and insert the 2 AA batteries. Ensure correct polarity.
- Load Cleaning Solution: Insert the Swiffer WetJet cleaning solution bottle into the designated slot on the mop head. The bottle will click into place.
- Attach Mopping Pad: Place a fresh mopping pad on the floor with the absorbent side facing up. Align the mop head over the pad and press down firmly to attach it using the Velcro-like strips.

Operating Instructions
- Prepare the Area: For best results, sweep or vacuum the floor to remove loose debris before mopping.
- Spray and Mop: Hold the mop upright and press the spray button located on the handle to dispense cleaning solution onto the floor. Move the mop back and forth over the area to clean.
- Tackle Tough Messes: The built-in scrubby strip on the mop head helps to clean tough dirt, grime, and sticky messes. Apply slight pressure and scrub as needed.
- Clean All Finished Floors: The Swiffer WetJet is safe for use on various finished floor types, including vinyl, hardwood, and tile.

Maintenance
- Replace Mopping Pads: After each cleaning session, or when the pad becomes visibly dirty, remove the used pad and dispose of it. Attach a new, fresh pad for the next use.
- Refill Cleaning Solution: When the cleaning solution bottle is empty, remove it from the mop head and replace it with a new Swiffer WetJet cleaning solution refill.
- Battery Replacement: If the spray function weakens or stops working, it may be time to replace the AA batteries in the mop head.
- Storage: Store the Swiffer WetJet in a cool, dry place. Ensure the cleaning solution bottle is securely in place to prevent leaks.
