- Pouring: Carefully lift the kettle from its base using the handle and pour the hot water. The large handle provides full control and a firm grip.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning will help maintain the performance and appearance of your Haden Dorset Electric Kettle.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the kettle and the power base with a damp cloth or sponge and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads as they may damage the finish.
- Interior Cleaning: Wash the inside of the kettle with hot, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
- Water Filter: The kettle includes a removable filter for convenient cleaning and maintenance. Regularly remove and rinse the filter under running water to prevent scale buildup.
- Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. To descale, fill the kettle with a mixture of equal parts white vinegar and water. Let it stand for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy buildup. Boil the mixture, then discard. Rinse thoroughly several times with fresh water. Alternatively, use a commercial descaling solution following the product's instructions.
- Important: Never immerse the kettle in water or other liquids. Do not place any part of the kettle in a dishwasher.
