1. Filling the Bean Container

  • Remove the lid from the bean container.
  • Pour whole coffee beans into the container. Do not overfill.

2. Selecting Grind Size

The Smeg Coffee Grinder offers 30 grind settings, allowing for precise customization based on your brewing method.

3. Selecting Grinding Method

  • For Tritan Container: Ensure the ground coffee container is properly seated under the grinding chute.
  • For Filter Holder: Remove the Tritan container and position your espresso machine's filter holder directly under the grinding chute.

4. Starting and Stopping Grinding

  • Plug in the grinder.
  • Press the control button to start the grinding process.
  • The grinder will operate until the selected amount is ground or until you press the button again to stop it manually.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and hygiene of your coffee grinder.

  1. Unplug: Always unplug the grinder from the power outlet before cleaning.
