5. Setup
The ANSMANN FL1600R is designed for immediate use. No complex assembly is required.
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the work light and all accessories from the packaging.
- Positioning: Place the work light on a stable, flat surface using its integrated adjustable stand. The stand allows for flexible angling of the light.
- Optional Mounting: The work light features an integrated tripod mount for use with compatible tripods (sold separately). It can also be mounted using a wall-mount bracket (see Figure 2).

6. Operating Instructions
The work light offers three illumination levels for various needs.
- Power On/Off: Locate the power button, typically on the back or side of the light housing. Press once to turn on the light.
- Adjusting Brightness: Subsequent presses of the power button will cycle through the brightness levels:
- 25% Brightness: Approximately 400 lumens, providing up to 10 hours of illumination.
- 50% Brightness: Approximately 800 lumens, providing up to 6 hours of illumination.
- 100% Brightness: Approximately 1600 lumens, providing up to 3 hours of illumination.
- Power Off: After cycling through all brightness levels, pressing the button again will turn off the work light.

7. Charging the Battery
The ANSMANN FL1600R is equipped with a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery.
- Connect Charger: Plug the provided power supply unit into the charging port on the work light. Then, connect the power supply to a suitable wall outlet.
- Charging Indicator: The work light typically has an indicator light that shows the charging status. Refer to the specific indicator behavior in the product's quick start guide if available.
- Charging Time: A full charge for the 32.6 Wh battery takes approximately 4 to 5 hours.
- Operation During Charging: If the lamp is switched on while charging, its brightness will be reduced to 50% to prioritize charging efficiency and prevent overheating.
