5. Setup
- Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the spray gun for any signs of damage.
- Connect Air Supply: Attach a suitable air hose (not included) to the quick connector inlet at the bottom of the spray gun handle. Ensure a secure, leak-free connection.
- Prepare Paint: Mix your paint according to the paint manufacturer's instructions. Strain the paint to remove any impurities that could clog the nozzle.
- Fill Paint Cup: Unscrew the paint cup from the top of the spray gun. Pour the prepared paint into the 125ml cup. Do not overfill. Securely reattach the paint cup to the gun.
6. Operating Instructions
Before spraying, always test the spray pattern on a scrap piece of material.
- Adjust Air Pressure: Connect the air supply and set the air compressor to the recommended spraying pressure of 40 psi. The air pressure adjustment screw on the gun allows for fine-tuning.

- Hold the spray gun perpendicular to the surface at the recommended spraying distance of 16-25 cm.

- Overlap each pass by approximately 50% to ensure even coverage.
- Maintain a consistent speed and distance for best results.

7. Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the longevity and performance of your spray gun.
- Immediate Cleaning: After each use, immediately disconnect the air supply and empty any remaining paint from the cup.
- Flush with Solvent: Pour a small amount of appropriate cleaning solvent (compatible with your paint) into the paint cup. Reattach the cup and spray the solvent through the gun until it runs clear.
- Disassemble and Clean:
- Unscrew the air cap, fluid nozzle, and needle.
- Use the provided cleaning brush and solvent to thoroughly clean all components, especially the nozzle and atomizing cap.
