Product Overview

The Esky Key Finder is a remote item locator system designed to help you quickly find misplaced items such as keys, wallets, or remote controls. It features two transmitters and six slim, color-coded receivers that emit a loud 85dB sound and flash an LED light when activated. Utilizing advanced RF technology, it offers a tracking range of up to 100 feet, even through walls and furniture. The system is designed for ease of use, requiring no app, and includes long-lasting CR2032 coin batteries for up to one year of operation.

Setup

1. Battery Installation

The Esky Key Finder comes with pre-installed CR2032 batteries in both the transmitters and receivers. If replacement is needed, follow these steps:

For Receivers:

1. Gently pry open the receiver cover using a small flat tool (not included).
2. Remove the old CR2032 battery.
3. Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
4. Close the receiver cover securely.

For Transmitters (Remotes):

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the transmitter.
2. Open the compartment cover (a small screwdriver may be needed, not included).
3. Remove the old CR2032 battery.
4. Insert a new CR2032 battery, ensuring correct polarity (positive side up).
5. Close the compartment cover securely.

2. Attaching Receivers to Items

The slim receivers can be attached to various items using the provided accessories:

• Keyrings: Use the included keyrings to attach receivers to keychains, bags, or pet collars.
• Adhesive Pads: For flat surfaces like remote controls or wallets, peel off the backing from an adhesive pad and firmly press the receiver onto the desired item.
• Hook-and-Loop Stickers: These provide a reusable attachment method, ideal for items you might need to detach the receiver from periodically.

Operating Instructions

To locate a lost item, simply press the corresponding color-coded button on the transmitter. The receiver attached to your item will emit a loud 85dB beep and flash its built-in LED light, guiding you to its location.

• Range: The advanced RF technology allows tracking up to 100 feet (30m), even through walls, doors, and furniture.
• Sound Clarity: For optimal sound, ensure the receiver's speaker grille is not obstructed.
• Environment: While effective through obstacles, using the key finder in an open area or with doors open can help maximize the sound and range.

Maintenance

The Esky Key Finder receivers and transmitters are powered by CR2032 coin batteries, which are designed to last up to one year. Regular maintenance primarily involves replacing these batteries when their performance diminishes. Refer to the "Battery Installation" section under "Setup" for detailed instructions on how to replace batteries.

To ensure longevity and optimal performance:

• Keep the devices clean and free from dust or debris.
• Avoid exposing the devices to extreme temperatures or moisture.
• Check battery levels periodically, especially if the devices are unused for extended periods.
