Operating Instructions
1. Using as a Car Jump Starter
Follow these steps to safely jump start a vehicle with a dead battery:
- Ensure the jump starter is sufficiently charged.
- Fully insert the Smart Battery Clamp plug into the jump starter's dedicated port.
- Connect the red clamp to the positive terminal (+) of the car battery.
- Connect the black clamp to the negative terminal (-) of the car battery.
- Once the smart clamp indicator shows a solid green light (indicating a safe connection), start the car's engine.
- After the car starts, immediately remove the clamps from the car battery within 30 seconds, then disconnect the smart clamp from the jump starter.

2. Using as a Portable Power Bank
The BR200 can charge various electronic devices and power 12V accessories.
- Charging USB Devices: Connect your smartphone, tablet, camera, or other USB-powered devices to the USB output ports (5V/1A or 5V/2.1A) using a compatible USB cable. The BR200 can charge two devices simultaneously.
- Powering DC Devices: Use the DC output port (12V/16V/19V) with the included DC output cable and cigarette lighter adapter to power car accessories such as car air pumps, portable refrigerators, or car vacuum cleaners. It can also power compatible laptops.

3. Charging Car Battery via Cigarette Lighter
In situations where you cannot access the car battery terminals, the BR200 can charge your car battery through the cigarette lighter socket.
- Connect the included car cigarette lighter charging cable to the BR200's input port.
- Insert the other end of the cable into your car's cigarette lighter socket.
- Allow approximately 15 minutes for the car battery to receive sufficient charge to attempt starting the vehicle. This method is a convenient alternative to direct battery connection.

4. LED Light Modes, Safety Hammer, and Compass
The BR200 includes integrated emergency tools:
- LED Light: The built-in LED flashlight offers four modes: normal illumination, SOS signal, strobe light, and red warning lights. Press the light button to cycle through modes.
- Safety Hammer: A safety hammer is integrated for emergency window breaking.
- Compass: A small compass is included for navigation during outdoor activities.

Safety Features and Protections
The BuTure BR200 is equipped with an intelligent protection system to ensure safe operation for both the device and the user. The smart jumper cable provides multiple layers of protection:
- Short-Circuit Protection: Prevents damage from accidental short circuits.
- Reverse Polarity Protection: Warns and prevents operation if clamps are connected incorrectly to battery terminals.
- Over-Temperature Protection: Shuts down the device if it overheats.
- Over-Voltage Protection: Protects against excessive voltage input.
- Overload Protection: Prevents damage from drawing too much current.
- Deep Discharge Protection: Protects the internal battery from being overly discharged.
- Over-Current Protection: Safeguards against excessive current flow.
The smart clamp provides audible beeps and flashing warning signals to indicate connection issues or protection activation, ensuring safe usage.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your BuTure BR200 Jump Starter, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Storage: Store the device in its protective case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The recommended storage temperature is -10 ℃ to +80 ℃.
- Charging: Recharge the jump starter every 3-6 months, even if not in use, to maintain battery health.
- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Inspection: Periodically check the cables and clamps for any signs of damage or wear. Replace damaged components immediately.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your BuTure BR200, consider the following:
- Device Not Turning On: Ensure the device is charged. If the battery is completely depleted, it may take a few minutes of charging before the display activates.
- Vehicle Not Starting:
- Check the jump starter's charge level. It should be above 50%.
- Verify that the smart clamp is fully inserted into the jump starter.
- Ensure the clamps are correctly connected to the car battery terminals (red to positive, black to negative). The smart clamp should show a solid green light. If it beeps or shows a red light, check connections for reverse polarity or short circuit.
- If the car battery is severely discharged, allow a few minutes for the jump starter to provide some charge before attempting to start.
- Device Overheating: The BR200 has over-temperature protection. If it feels excessively hot, disconnect it and allow it to cool down before further use.
- Charging Issues: Ensure the charging adapter and cables are securely connected and that the power outlet is functional.
