4.1 Unpacking and Placement

4.2 Before First Use (Burn-Off)

It is recommended to perform a "burn-off" cycle before cooking food for the first time to eliminate any manufacturing residues or odors.

  1. Ensure the oven is empty and the door is closed.
  2. Set the Temperature Control Knob to 230°C.
  3. Set the Function Selector Knob to both upper and lower heating elements.
  4. Set the Timer Knob to 15-20 minutes.
  5. The oven will heat up, and a slight odor or smoke may be observed. This is normal.
  6. After the cycle, turn all knobs to "OFF" and allow the oven to cool completely.
  7. Open a window for ventilation during this process.

5.1 General Operation (Baking/Roasting)

  1. Place the grill rack or bake tray in the desired position.
  2. Place food on the tray or rack.
  3. Close the oven door.
  4. Set the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature (100°C - 230°C).
  5. Set the Function Selector Knob to the appropriate heating mode (e.g., upper and lower heating for baking).
  6. Set the Timer Knob to the desired cooking time (up to 60 minutes). The power indicator light will illuminate.
  7. When the timer reaches "OFF", a bell will sound, and the oven will automatically shut off.
  8. To stop cooking before the timer finishes, turn the Timer Knob to "OFF".
  9. Carefully remove cooked food using oven mitts and the tray handle.

5.2 Rotisserie Function

The rotisserie function is ideal for roasting whole chickens or other meats, ensuring even cooking and a crispy exterior.

  1. Prepare the meat (e.g., tie a whole chicken) and secure it onto the rotisserie spit using the forks.
  2. Insert the pointed end of the rotisserie spit into the drive socket on the right side of the oven interior.
  3. Rest the square end of the spit onto the support on the left side.
  4. Place the bake/food tray at the bottom to catch drippings.
  5. Close the oven door.
  6. Set the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature (e.g., 200°C for chicken).
  7. Set the Function Selector Knob to the rotisserie icon (usually combined with upper heating).
  8. Set the Timer Knob for the required cooking duration.
  9. Monitor cooking progress through the glass door.
  10. Once cooked, turn the Timer Knob to "OFF".
  11. Using the rotisserie handle, carefully remove the hot rotisserie spit and meat from the oven.
