Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean your keyboard, power it off and disconnect it from any devices. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid excessive moisture and harsh chemicals. Do not spray cleaners directly onto the keyboard.

Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the keyboard frequently. Recharge the keyboard when the low battery indicator appears. If storing the keyboard for an extended period, charge it to about 50% and store it in a cool, dry place.

Troubleshooting

  • Keyboard not connecting:
    • Ensure the keyboard is powered on and fully charged.
    • Verify that the correct connection channel (Fn+1, Fn+2, or Fn+3) is selected.
    • For Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and the keyboard is in pairing mode.
    • For 2.4 GHz, ensure the USB receiver is properly inserted and recognized by your device.
    • Try restarting both the keyboard and your device.
  • Keys not responding:
    • Check battery level.
    • Ensure the keyboard is properly connected to your device.
    • Clean any debris from around the affected keys.
