5.1 Taking a Measurement
- Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
- Step onto the scale barefoot with dry feet, ensuring your feet are centered on the electrode pads.
- Stand still until the display shows your weight and other measurements. The data will automatically sync to the app.
- If only weight is displayed, ensure your feet are making proper contact with the electrodes for body composition analysis.
