Setup

1. Battery Installation

The AstroAI Digital Tire Pressure Gauge operates on 2 AAA batteries, which offer a longer service life and are easy to replace. To install or replace batteries:

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the device.
  2. Slide the cover off.
  3. Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).

2. Presta Valve Adapter

Operating Instructions

1. Power On and Unit Selection

To turn on the gauge and select your desired unit of measurement:

  1. Press the "ON/UNIT/OFF" button once to power on the device.
  2. Repeatedly press the "ON/UNIT/OFF" button to cycle through the available units: PSI, BAR, KGF/CM², and KPA. The selected unit will be displayed on the backlit LCD screen.
  3. The gauge will automatically shut off after 20 seconds of inactivity to conserve battery power.

2. Taking a Measurement

For accurate tire pressure readings:

  1. Ensure the gauge is powered on and the correct unit is selected.
  2. Firmly press the illuminated nozzle of the gauge onto the tire valve stem. A good seal is crucial for an accurate reading.
  3. The digital display will show the tire pressure in 0.1 increments.
  4. Remove the gauge from the valve stem. The reading will hold on the screen for a few seconds before automatically clearing or shutting off.
