  • Chuck: Holds drill bits and screwdriver bits.
  • Torque Collar: Adjusts the torque setting (16 positions).
  • Forward/Reverse Switch: Changes rotation direction.

Setup

Charging the Battery:

The battery pack is not fully charged at the time of purchase. It must be charged before first use.

  1. Connect the charger to a standard Bivolt (110V-220V) power outlet.
  2. Insert the battery pack into the charger. Ensure it clicks into place.
  3. The LED indicator on the charger will show the charging status.
  4. Charging time is approximately 3 to 5 hours. Do not overcharge.
  5. Once charged, disconnect the charger from the power outlet and remove the battery pack.

Installing/Removing the Battery Pack:

  • To Install: Align the battery pack with the base of the tool and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
  • To Remove: Press the battery release buttons on the sides of the battery pack and slide the battery out.

Installing/Removing Drill Bits/Screwdriver Bits:

  1. Ensure the tool is off and the forward/reverse switch is in the center (locked) position.
  2. Rotate the chuck counter-clockwise to open the jaws.
  3. Insert the desired drill bit or screwdriver bit into the chuck.
  4. Rotate the chuck clockwise to tighten the jaws securely around the bit.
  5. To remove, rotate the chuck counter-clockwise and pull the bit out.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off and Speed Control:

  • To turn on the tool, press the trigger switch.
  • The tool features variable speed control; the further you press the trigger, the faster the rotation.
  • To turn off, release the trigger switch.

Forward/Reverse Rotation:

The forward/reverse switch is located above the trigger.

  • Push the switch to the left for forward (clockwise) rotation (for drilling and driving screws).
  • Push the switch to the right for reverse (counter-clockwise) rotation (for removing screws).
  • When the switch is in the center position, the trigger is locked, preventing accidental startup.

Torque Adjustment:

The torque collar allows you to select from 16 torque settings, plus a drill mode.

  • Rotate the torque collar to the desired setting. Lower numbers are for driving small screws into soft materials. Higher numbers are for driving large screws into hard materials.
  • The drill symbol setting is for drilling applications, providing maximum torque without clutch engagement.

LED Work Light:

The integrated LED light illuminates the work area when the trigger is pressed, improving visibility in dimly lit spaces.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your tool.

  • Cleaning: Keep the tool's ventilation openings clean and free of dust. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Battery Care: Store the battery pack in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not store fully discharged batteries for extended periods.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the drill/driver and its accessories in the provided carrying case in a dry, secure location, out of reach of children.

Troubleshooting
