Package Contents
- 1 x VIVOSUN 4L Pump Pressure Sprayer
- 1 x Adjustable Shoulder Strap
- 3 x Nozzles (Basic, Fan, Dual)
Setup
1. Attaching the Shoulder Strap
- Locate the attachment points on the sprayer body.
- Securely fasten both ends of the adjustable shoulder strap to these points. Ensure the strap is adjusted for comfortable carrying.
2. Filling the Tank
- Unscrew the pump assembly from the top of the tank by rotating it counter-clockwise.
- Fill the translucent tank with the desired liquid, ensuring not to exceed the maximum fill line (4L or 1 Gallon). The wide opening and funnel design facilitate easy, mess-free filling.
- Screw the pump assembly back onto the tank, rotating clockwise until securely tightened.

Operating Instructions
1. Building Pressure
- Ensure the pump handle is unlocked (rotate the lever to unlock).
- Pump the handle up and down repeatedly to build pressure inside the tank. Continue pumping until resistance is felt, indicating sufficient pressure. Do not over-pressurize.

2. Adjusting the Nozzle
- The sprayer comes with three interchangeable nozzles: Basic, Fan, and Dual. Select the appropriate nozzle for your task.
- The main nozzle can be adjusted by twisting it to change the spray pattern from a fine mist to a direct stream.

3. Spraying
- Aim the nozzle at the target area.
- Press the trigger on the handle to begin spraying.
- For continuous spraying, press the switch forward to lock the flow, or lock the handle.

4. Releasing Pressure
- After use, or if you need to open the tank, always release the internal pressure first.
- Pull the red pressure-relief valve upwards until the air escapes and the pressure is fully released.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning After Use
- After each use, especially when using chemicals, rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
- Pump clean water through the nozzle to flush out any residue from the hose and nozzle.
- Disassemble the nozzle and clean any blockages if necessary.
2. Storage
- Store the sprayer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures.
- Ensure all pressure is released before storage.
3. Checking Seals
- Periodically inspect the fluorine rubber sealing ring and other seals for wear or damage to prevent leaks and maintain pressure.
- Replace worn seals as needed.
