Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Charging Case

Before first use, fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case.

• Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated.
• Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a power source (e.g., USB wall adapter, computer USB port).
• The LED display on the charging case will indicate the battery level. Allow sufficient time for a full charge.
• The 3500mAh charging case can also be used as a mobile power bank to charge other devices, such as smartphones.

2. Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

The earbuds feature one-step pairing for convenience.

• Open the charging case and remove both earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
• On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
• Select "X12" from the list of found devices.
• Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

Operating Instructions

Basic Controls

• Play/Pause: Tap once on either earbud.
