This manual provides detailed instructions for setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your device.

Setup

Unpacking and Placement:

  1. Carefully remove the unit from its packaging.
  2. Place the unit on a flat, stable surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive dust or moisture.
  3. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.

Power Connection:

  1. Connect the provided AC power adapter to the AC Power Input jack on the rear of the unit.
  2. Plug the other end of the power adapter into a standard wall outlet.
  3. The unit will enter standby mode.

Initial Power On:

To turn on the unit from standby mode, press the MODE/CLK knob or use the remote control (if included).

Operating Instructions

Playing Vinyl Records:

  1. Open the dust cover.
  2. Place a vinyl record on the turntable platter.
  3. Select the appropriate speed (33 1/3, 45, or 78 RPM) using the speed selector switch located on the turntable deck. For 45 RPM records, place the included 45 RPM adapter on the center spindle.
  4. Press the PHONO button to select the turntable mode.
  5. Gently lift the tone arm using the cue lever and position the stylus over the desired track of the record.
  6. Lower the tone arm slowly onto the record using the cue lever. Playback will begin.
  7. Adjust the volume using the MODE/CLK knob.
  8. At the end of the record, the turntable may stop automatically depending on the auto-stop setting. Lift the tone arm and return it to the arm rest.

Note on Auto-Stop: Some records may have a slightly different end groove position, which might cause the auto-stop feature to activate prematurely or not at all. If this occurs, you may need to manually stop playback or adjust the tone arm.

Playing CDs:

  1. Press the CD/USB/SD button to select CD mode.
  2. Press the Eject button (usually indicated by a triangle with a line below it) to open the CD tray.
  3. Place a CD with the label side facing up into the tray.
  4. Press the Eject button again to close the tray. The unit will read the disc.
  5. Press the Play/Pause button to start playback.
  6. Use the Skip Forward/Backward buttons to navigate between tracks.

Using Bluetooth:

  1. Press the AUX/BT button to select Bluetooth mode. The display will show "BT" and flash, indicating it's ready to pair.
  2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), turn on Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "Trexonic" or "TRX-16TRQ" from the list of devices.
  4. Once paired, the display will stop flashing and show "BT". You can now stream audio from your device to the record player.
  5. Control playback (play/pause, skip) from your connected device.

Listening to AM/FM Radio:

  1. Press the TUNER button to select radio mode.
  2. Rotate the Tuning Knob to manually tune to your desired AM or FM station.
  3. For automatic scanning, press and hold the Play/Pause/Scan button. The unit will scan and stop at the next strong station.

Using USB/SD Input:

  1. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port or an SD card into the SD card slot.
  2. Press the CD/USB/SD button repeatedly until "USB" or "SD" appears on the display.
  3. The unit will automatically start playing compatible audio files (e.g., MP3).
  4. Use the Play/Pause and Skip buttons to control playback.

Recording to USB/SD (Vinyl to MP3):

  1. Ensure a USB drive or SD card is inserted.
  2. Select the source you wish to record (e.g., PHONO for vinyl).
  3. Start playback of the source material.
  4. Press the REC/DEL button. The display will indicate recording is in progress.
  5. Press the REC/DEL button again to stop recording. The recorded file will be saved to the USB drive or SD card.

Using Aux-In:

  1. Connect an external audio device (e.g., MP3 player, smartphone) to the AUX IN jack using a 3.5mm audio cable (not included).
  2. Press the AUX/BT button to select AUX mode.
  3. Play audio from your external device. The sound will be output through the record player's speakers.

Headphone Listening:

Plug standard 3.5mm headphones into the Headphone Jack on the front panel for private listening. The built-in speakers will be muted automatically.
