Setup and Assembly

Your FLEXISPOT EN2 desk will arrive in two separate packages, which may be shipped independently. Please ensure you have received both packages before beginning assembly. An electric drill (not included) may be required for certain steps.

Assembly Steps:

1. Unpack all components and verify against the parts list in the included manual.
2. Attach the desk legs to the desktop using the provided hardware. Ensure all screws are securely tightened.
3. Mount the 6-button digital controller to the underside of the desktop in an easily accessible location.
4. Install the integrated desk clamp power strip. It can be clipped to the back or side of your desk.
5. Attach the cable management device to organize wires and cables.
6. Connect all necessary power cables and controller cables according to the detailed instructions in the physical manual.

Operating Instructions

The FLEXISPOT EN2 desk features an intuitive 6-button digital controller for easy height adjustment and memory presets.

Height Adjustment:

• Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) arrow buttons to manually adjust the desk height. The current height is displayed on the digital screen.
• The desk adjusts smoothly from 28.1 inches to 45.7 inches.
• The motor operates quietly, at less than 50 dB.

Memory Presets:

• The controller includes four programmable memory presets (buttons 1, 2, 3, 4).
• To save a desired height: Adjust the desk to the preferred height, then press and hold one of the memory buttons (1-4) until the display shows "S-" followed by the button number, indicating the height has been saved.
• To recall a saved height: Simply press the corresponding memory button (1-4). The desk will automatically move to the saved position.

Integrated Power Strip:

• The desktop is equipped with 3 AC power outlets (125V/12A) and 2 USB charging ports (5V/2A).
• Use these outlets to conveniently power and charge your electronic devices directly from your desk.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your FLEXISPOT EN2 desk, follow these maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Wipe the desktop and frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
• Cable Management: Periodically check and reorganize cables to prevent tangles and ensure smooth operation of the desk's height adjustment mechanism.
• Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 176 pounds (80 kg). Overloading can damage the motor and frame.
• Regular Inspection: Routinely check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
