Setup and First Use

Operating Instructions

Opening the Lid

Drinking

Closing the Lid

1. Close Lid: Push the lid down firmly until it clicks shut.
2. Lock: Slide the locking ring back to the locked position to prevent accidental opening and ensure a secure seal.

Temperature Retention

• For best results with hot beverages, pre-heat the bottle with hot water for 5-10 minutes before filling.

Manual Cleaning

1. Disassemble Lid: To disassemble the lid, press the tab set on the upper inside of the lid and press the drink spout down to remove the inside piece. Carefully separate all removable parts.
2. Wash: Wash all parts with warm water and a mild dish soap. Use a bottle brush for the interior of the bottle and a small brush for intricate lid parts.
3. Rinse: Rinse all components thoroughly with clean water.
4. Dry: Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling to prevent odor or mildew.
5. Reassemble: Carefully reassemble the lid components, ensuring all seals are properly seated.

Troubleshooting

• Poor Temperature Retention:
  • Ensure the lid is securely closed and the locking ring is engaged.
  • Verify that the lid components are correctly assembled and the silicone gasket is properly seated.
  • Pre-heat or pre-chill the bottle as recommended in the Operating Instructions.
• Leaking:
  • Check that the lid is screwed on tightly and the locking ring is engaged.
  • Inspect the silicone gasket and other lid components for any damage or misalignment. Replace if necessary.
  • Ensure the bottle is not overfilled.
• Difficulty Opening/Closing Lid:
  • Ensure the locking ring is fully disengaged before attempting to open the lid.
  • Clean the lid components thoroughly to remove any residue that might be causing sticking.
