3. Product Overview

The BEBEN T12 earbuds are designed for a comfortable and secure fit, providing high-fidelity audio and convenient wireless operation. The compact charging case allows for extended use on the go.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. The earbuds provide approximately 4.5 hours of continuous playtime on a single charge, and the charging case offers an additional 25 hours (5 full charges), totaling up to 30 hours of playtime. The charging case takes approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge.

• Place the earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are correctly seated; the indicator lights on the earbuds will illuminate to show charging status.
• Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer, wall adapter).
• The indicator lights on the charging case will show the charging progress. Once fully charged, the lights will indicate completion or turn off.

4.2 Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

The BEBEN T12 earbuds feature Bluetooth 5.0 technology for stable and efficient connection. They offer a one-step pairing process.

• Ensure the earbuds are charged.
• Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
• On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
• Select "T19" (or "Beben T19") from the list of found devices.
• Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm the successful pairing. The earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device upon opening the case for subsequent uses.

4.3 Single Earbud Mode and Binaural Mode

The BEBEN T12 earbuds allow seamless switching between single earbud (mono) and binaural (stereo) modes without a designated master earbud.

• Single Earbud Mode: Take out either the left or right earbud from the charging case. It will automatically connect to your device. The other earbud can remain in the case.
• Switching to Binaural Mode: While in single earbud mode, simply take out the second earbud from the charging case. It will automatically connect to the first earbud and switch to binaural (stereo) mode.
• Switching back to Single Earbud Mode: Place one earbud back into the charging case. The remaining earbud will continue to function in single earbud mode.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Open the charging case, and the earbuds will automatically power on. Alternatively, if outside the case, long press the Multi-function Button (MFB) on both earbuds for approximately 2 seconds until you hear a power-on prompt.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid; they will automatically power off. Alternatively, if outside the case, long press the MFB on both earbuds for approximately 5 seconds until you hear a power-off prompt.

5.2 Multi-function Button (MFB) Controls

The earbuds feature a Multi-function Button (MFB) for easy control of music playback and calls.

5.3 Wearing the Earbuds

The BEBEN T12 earbuds are designed with an ergonomic shape to provide a comfortable and secure fit for extended periods, even during physical activity.

• Gently insert each earbud into the corresponding ear (L for left, R for right).
• Rotate the earbud slightly until it sits comfortably and securely in your ear canal. A proper fit ensures optimal sound quality and bass response.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

Regular cleaning helps maintain sound quality and hygiene.

• Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents.
• Gently remove any earwax or debris from the earbud mesh using a small, soft brush or cotton swab.

6.2 Storage

When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.

• Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
• Avoid exposing the earbuds or case to excessive moisture. While the earbuds are waterproof, the charging case is not.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Reset Procedure (If earbuds cannot pair or connect)

If your earbuds are unable to pair with each other or connect to your device, perform a reset:

1. Delete the "T19" (or "Beben T19") device from the Bluetooth list on your phone or device.
2. Take both earbuds out of the charging case and manually turn them off (long press MFB for approximately 5 seconds).
3. Long press the MFB of both earbuds for 15 seconds until you see orange and white lights flashing for 1 second, then they will turn off automatically. This indicates a successful reset.
4. After 2 seconds, turn on both earbuds (long press MFB for approximately 2 seconds).
5. Double press the MFB of both earbuds. The two earbuds will connect to each other. Once successfully connected, both LED lights will flash orange and white alternately.
6. After the reset, reconnect the earbuds to your device by following the "Pairing with a Bluetooth Device" steps in Section 4.2.

7.2 Common Issues

• Only one earbud working: Ensure both earbuds are charged. Try placing both back in the case, closing the lid, then reopening to re-establish connection. If issue persists, perform a reset.
• Earbuds not charging: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected and the power source is active. Check if the charging pins on the earbuds and in the case are clean and free of debris.
• Poor sound quality/disconnections: Ensure the earbuds are within the Bluetooth range (approx. 30 feet) of your device. Avoid physical obstructions between the earbuds and your device. Ensure earbuds are clean and properly seated in your ears.
