The Justfog Q16 Pro is a compact and user-friendly electronic cigarette kit. It consists of two main parts: the battery mod and the clearomizer (tank).

• Battery Mod: Houses the 900mAh battery, firing button, and LED indicators for battery life and voltage settings.
• Clearomizer (Tank): Holds up to 1.9ml of e-liquid and contains the replaceable coil. It features a top-fill design and adjustable airflow.

Setup

1. Charging the Battery

1. Connect the small end of the USB charging cable to the charging port on the side of the Q16 Pro battery.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
3. The LED indicator lights will show the charging status. Once fully charged, the lights will indicate completion (refer to operating section for specific light patterns).

2. Installing/Replacing the Coil

1. Unscrew the clearomizer from the battery mod.
2. Invert the clearomizer and unscrew the base.
3. Carefully unscrew the old coil from the base.
4. Screw a new coil firmly into the clearomizer base.
5. Important: Before first use, prime the coil by dripping a few drops of e-liquid onto the cotton wicking holes of the new coil.

3. Filling the Clearomizer

1. Ensure the clearomizer is detached from the battery.
2. Unscrew the top cap of the clearomizer.
3. Carefully fill the tank with e-liquid through one of the two filling ports, avoiding the central airflow tube. Do not overfill.
4. Screw the top cap back on securely.
5. Important: After filling a new coil, let the device stand upright for 5-10 minutes to allow the e-liquid to fully saturate the coil. This prevents dry hits and extends coil life.

4. Attaching the Clearomizer

1. Screw the filled clearomizer onto the Q16 Pro battery mod until finger-tight. Do not overtighten.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

• To turn the device ON, press the firing button 5 times rapidly within 2 seconds. The LED lights will flash.
• To turn the device OFF, press the firing button 5 times rapidly within 2 seconds. The LED lights will flash.

2. Adjusting Voltage Output

The Q16 Pro offers 4 levels of voltage output. To adjust the voltage:

• Press the voltage adjustment button (usually located below the firing button) to cycle through the voltage levels.
• Each press will change the voltage, indicated by the LED lights. Refer to the table below for voltage levels.

3. Vaping

Once the device is on and the tank is filled and primed:

• Place the drip tip in your mouth.
• Press and hold the firing button while inhaling. Release the button when you finish inhaling.
• The Q16 Pro supports both Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) and Direct-to-Lung (DL) vaping styles, depending on your preference and coil choice.

4. Battery Level Indicator

The LED indicators on the battery mod also display the remaining battery life:

• 4 LEDs: 75-100%
• 3 LEDs: 50-75%
• 2 LEDs: 25-50%
• 1 LED: 0-25% (Recharge soon)

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Clearomizer

• Regularly clean the clearomizer, especially when changing e-liquid flavors or if residue builds up.
• Disassemble the clearomizer (remove coil, top cap, and base).
• Rinse all parts (except the coil) with warm water. Allow them to air dry completely before reassembling.

2. Replacing the Coil

Coils are consumable parts and need to be replaced periodically, typically every 1-3 weeks depending on usage and e-liquid. Replace the coil if you notice a burnt taste, reduced vapor production, or diminished flavor. Follow the "Installing/Replacing the Coil" steps in the Setup section.

3. General Care

• Keep the device clean and dry. Wipe down the exterior with a soft, dry cloth.
• Ensure the charging port is free of dust and debris.
