Setup

1. Unpacking

Carefully remove all packaging materials. Ensure that all included components are present:

  • Drain Hose
  • Protective Rat Mesh
  • User Manual (this document)
  • Water Inlet Pipe
  • 1 Washing Machine Unit

2. Placement

Place the washing machine on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for ventilation and maintenance. Install the provided Protective Rat Mesh at the bottom of the machine to prevent rodent entry.

3. Water Connection

Connect the Water Inlet Pipe to a cold water tap and to the water inlet valve at the back of the washing machine. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks. Position the Drain Hose into a suitable drain or sink, ensuring it is securely fastened and allows for proper water flow.

4. Power Connection

Plug the washing machine into a grounded 240 Volt AC power outlet. Do not use extension cords or adapters. Ensure the power cord is not pinched or damaged.

Operating Instructions

1. Control Panel Overview

The control panel features a smart encoder for program selection, tact buttons for various functions, and an amber color LED 7-segment display for cycle information.

2. Loading Laundry

Open the front load door. Load laundry into the Crescent Moon Drum, ensuring not to overload the machine. The crescent moon drum design provides gentle yet effective washing.

3. Detergent Dispensing

Add appropriate detergent and fabric softener to the designated compartments in the detergent dispenser drawer. Refer to detergent packaging for recommended quantities.

4. Selecting a Wash Program

Turn the smart encoder to select one of the 14 available wash programs. Common programs include:

  • Express Wash: For lightly soiled clothes requiring a quick cycle.
  • CradleWash: A gentle wash for delicate fabrics.
  • Prewash: An initial wash cycle for heavily soiled items.
  • Quick Wash: A faster wash option.

The machine also features Aqua Energy for better detergent dissolution and 2D Wash for dynamic water spray and soaking.

5. Starting the Wash Cycle

After selecting the program and any desired options, press the Start/Pause button to begin the wash cycle. The machine will automatically adjust water levels and cycle duration based on the selected program. The maximum rotational speed during spin is 1200 RPM.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your washing machine.

1. Cleaning the Drum

The stainless steel drum is designed for durability. Periodically run a drum clean cycle (if available) or a hot wash with no laundry and a cup of white vinegar to remove residue and odors.

2. Cleaning the Detergent Dispenser

Remove the detergent dispenser drawer and rinse it under warm water to clear any detergent or softener buildup. Clean the housing of the dispenser with a brush.

3. Filter Cleaning

Locate and clean the drain pump filter regularly (typically every few months). Refer to the diagram in the full user manual for exact location and procedure. This prevents blockages and ensures efficient draining.

4. Exterior Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
