2. Setup and Installation

The Britax One4Life features ClickTight installation, designed for a secure and straightforward setup using your vehicle's seat belt. Color-coded belt paths guide you for each installation mode.

2.1 ClickTight Installation Steps

1. Pinch to Open: Locate the ClickTight release button and pinch to open the seat's front panel.
2. Thread & Buckle: Route the vehicle's seat belt through the designated color-coded belt path (rear-facing or forward-facing) and buckle it.
3. Click it Closed: Close the seat's front panel. The ClickTight system will automatically tension the seat belt for a secure installation.

For rear-facing installation, ensure the harness straps are in the closest position below the child's shoulders. For forward-facing installation, the harness straps should be in the closest position above the child's shoulders.
