Setup
- Unpacking and Inspection: Carefully unpack all components and inspect for any damage. Report any damage to the retailer immediately.
- Mantle Assembly: Some assembly of the furniture-grade mantel is required. Follow the detailed instructions provided in the separate assembly guide.
- Placement: Position the fireplace system on a level, non-combustible surface. Ensure proper clearances from combustible materials as specified in the full installation manual. A minimum of 48 inches clearance from the top of the fireplace to the ceiling is required.
- Fuel Connection: This dual-fuel system can operate on either Natural Gas or Liquid Propane. Ensure the correct fuel type is connected by a qualified professional. The unit is 99.9% efficient and does not require an outside duct or chimney.
- Log Placement: Arrange the 5 ceramic fiber logs according to the diagram in the detailed manual to ensure optimal flame appearance and heat distribution.

Operating Instructions
- Initial Ignition: Before first use, ensure all gas connections are secure and leak-free. Use the battery-assisted Piezo ignition system to light the pilot light as per the detailed instructions.
- Remote Control Operation: The included remote control features an LCD screen and buttons for ON/OFF, MODE, and SET.
- ON/OFF: Press to turn the fireplace burner on or off.
- MODE: Toggle between manual operation and thermostat control.
- SET: Adjust the desired temperature when in thermostat mode. The remote displays the current room temperature.
- Manual Operation: In case the remote control is unavailable or batteries are depleted, the fireplace can be operated manually using the controls located on the unit. Refer to the full manual for specific instructions on manual ignition and flame adjustment.
