1. Overview

2. Safety Information

4. Setup Instructions

Assembly typically requires at least two people. Lay out all components and identify them before starting.

4.1. Frame Assembly

1. Clear a flat, level area for the tent.
2. Identify and connect the roof frame poles and connectors according to the included diagram. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Install roof bar supports and tension wires as specified to enhance structural integrity.

4.2. Attaching the Canopy

4. Carefully drape the PVC top cover over the assembled roof frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed.
5. Secure the top cover to the frame using the provided bungee balls or ties, ensuring a snug fit.

4.3. Leg Installation

6. Attach the leg poles to the roof frame. It is recommended to attach legs to one side first, then carefully lift the structure to attach the remaining legs.
7. Once all legs are attached, ensure the tent is standing upright and stable.

4.4. Wall Panel Installation

8. Attach the PVC window walls and end panels to the tent frame using the integrated fasteners (e.g., bungee loops, Velcro straps, zippers).

4.5. Securing the Tent

10. Drive the heavy-duty corner stakes into the ground at each corner of the tent.
11. Attach the robust ratchet tie-down tension cords to the tent frame and secure them to the ground stakes. Tighten the cords to ensure the tent is firmly anchored and stable.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Customizing Airflow and Layout

The tent features removable window walls and end panels, allowing for flexible configuration based on weather conditions and event needs.

• Window Walls: Each window wall can be individually removed or rolled up to allow for increased airflow and an open-air feel.
• End Panels: The end panels can also be removed or rolled up to create additional entry/exit points or to fully open the tent.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

• Clean PVC material with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the material.
• Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage to prevent mildew.

6.2. Storage

• Disassemble the tent carefully, following reverse order of setup.
• Ensure all fabric components are clean and completely dry before folding.
• Store all poles, fabric, and accessories in the provided storage bags in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

6.3. Inspection

• Regularly inspect the frame for any signs of rust, bending, or damage.
• Check the PVC fabric for tears, punctures, or excessive wear. Address any damage promptly to prolong the tent's lifespan.
• Ensure all tie-downs and stakes are in good condition.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1. Tent Instability

• Issue: Tent feels unstable or sways in light wind.
  Solution: Ensure all frame connections are fully engaged. Verify that all ground stakes are driven deep into the ground and ratchet tie-down cords are properly tensioned. Add additional weights (e.g., sandbags, water barrels) to the legs if needed, especially in windy conditions.

7.2. Water Leakage

• Issue: Water is entering the tent during rain.
  Solution: Check the top cover for any tears or punctures. Ensure the top cover is stretched taut and properly secured to shed water effectively. Verify that all wall panels are securely attached and zipped.

7.3. Difficulty Assembling Frame

• Issue: Poles or connectors do not fit together easily.
