1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

• Read all instructions before operating the appliance.

3. Parts and Assembly

Assembly Steps:

1. Place the motor base on a stable, flat surface.
2. Insert the juicing screen into the drum.
3. Insert the auger into the juicing screen and drum assembly.
4. Attach the drum assembly to the motor base, ensuring it locks securely into place.
5. Place the desired end cap (celery or standard) onto the front of the drum assembly and twist to lock. Refer to Figure 3.2 for end cap identification.
6. Position the juice collection container under the juice spout and the pulp collection container under the pulp ejection port.

4. Operation

General Juicing Instructions:

1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled with the correct end cap for your produce.
2. Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Cut produce into pieces that fit easily into the feed chute. Remove large seeds or pits.
3. Place the juice and pulp containers in position.
4. Plug in the juicer and turn it on.
5. Feed produce slowly into the feed chute. Use the food pusher only when necessary to guide produce. Do not force produce into the chute.
6. For continuous juicing, ensure pulp and juice containers do not overfill.
7. When finished, turn off the juicer and unplug it from the power outlet.

Celery Juicing Specifics:

The Omega MM900HDS is optimized for celery juicing. For best results:

• Use the Celery Juice End Cap (with the green insert). This end cap is specifically designed for celery and should not be used for other fruits or vegetables.
• Juice with whole stalks of fresh, crisp celery.
• Clean the assembly and end cap after every 16 ounces of juice to maintain optimal performance and prevent clogging.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your juicer.

Cleaning Steps:

1. Always unplug the juicer before cleaning.
2. Disassemble all removable parts (end cap, drum, auger, juicing screen, juice and pulp containers).
3. Rinse all removable parts under warm running water immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying and sticking.
4. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any stubborn pulp from the juicing screen and other components.
5. All removable parts are dishwasher safe. For manual cleaning, wash with warm, soapy water.
6. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor base in water.
7. Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling or storing.
