Maintenance
Cleaning

Battery Care
To prolong the life of the internal lithium metal battery, avoid fully discharging it frequently. Recharge the controller when the battery indicator is low. If storing the controller for an extended period, charge it to approximately 50% capacity and store it in a cool, dry place.
Troubleshooting
Controller Not Connecting / Not Recognized
- Check Receiver Connection: Ensure the 2.4G receiver is firmly plugged into the console's USB port.
- Nintendo Switch Specific: Verify that "Pro Controller Wired Communication" is enabled in your Switch System Settings (System Settings > Controllers and Sensors > Pro Controller Wired Communication > On).

While the 2.4G wireless technology is designed for low latency, rare instances of perceived input lag or sticky inputs may occur. Ensure there are no significant wireless interferences nearby. If the issue persists, try updating the controller's firmware.
