5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Speaker

  1. Connect the small end of the USB charging cable to the USB charging port on the speaker.
  2. Connect the large end of the USB charging cable to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter not included).
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate, typically red, during charging.
  4. Once fully charged, the indicator light will usually turn off or change color (e.g., blue). A full charge provides approximately 10 hours of battery life.
  5. Disconnect the charging cable once charging is complete.

5.2 Powering On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds. You will hear an audible tone or voice prompt, and the LED lights may activate.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds. You will hear an audible tone or voice prompt, and the LED lights will turn off.

5.3 Bluetooth Pairing

Pair your speaker with a Bluetooth-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, laptop) to stream audio wirelessly.

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode. The LED indicator will typically flash blue rapidly, indicating it's ready to pair. If not, press the Mode button to switch to Bluetooth mode.
  2. On your device, go to the Bluetooth settings menu.
  3. Enable Bluetooth and scan for available devices.
  4. Select "BB2260" (or similar name) from the list of found devices.
  5. Once paired, the speaker will emit an audible confirmation, and the LED indicator will typically stop flashing and remain solid blue.
  6. You can now play audio from your device through the speaker. The Bluetooth range is up to 32 feet (approximately 10 meters).

Note: The speaker will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, if that device's Bluetooth is active and within range.

6. Operating the Speaker

6.1 Playing Audio via Bluetooth

  • Ensure the speaker is paired with your device (refer to Section 5.3).
  • Start playing music or other audio on your connected device.
  • Use the Volume Up/Down buttons on the speaker or your device to adjust the volume.
  • Press the Play/Pause button to pause or resume playback.
  • Hold the Volume Up/Down buttons to skip to the next/previous track.

6.2 Playing Audio via AUX Input

For devices without Bluetooth, use the AUX input.

  1. Connect one end of a 3.5mm audio cable (not always included) to the AUX input port on the speaker.
  2. Connect the other end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the headphone jack or audio output of your external device (e.g., MP3 player).
  3. Power on the speaker and press the Mode button until it enters AUX mode.
  4. Start playing audio on your external device.
  5. Adjust volume using either the speaker's controls or your external device's volume controls.

6.3 Hands-Free Calling

When connected via Bluetooth to a smartphone, you can use the speaker for hands-free calls.

  • Answering a Call: When a call comes in, the speaker will ring. Press the Play/Pause button once to answer the call.
  • Ending a Call: During a call, press the Play/Pause button once to end the call.
  • Rejecting a Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause button for approximately 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.
  • Redialing Last Number: In Bluetooth mode, double-press the Play/Pause button to redial the last number called.

6.4 LED Lighting

The speaker features integrated LED lighting that can be customized.

  • Press the LED Light button (if available) to cycle through different lighting modes or to turn the lights off.
  • Refer to the specific button layout on your speaker for the exact LED control.

7.1 Cleaning
