4. Setup Guide
4.1 Physical Installation
Before connecting the enclosure, ensure all hard drives are properly installed. The tray-less design allows for easy insertion of 3.5-inch SATA HDDs.

Connect the 12V power adapter to the enclosure and then to a power outlet. Use the provided USB 3.0 Type-A data cable to connect the enclosure to your computer's USB 3.0 port for optimal transfer speeds.

4.2 Initializing and Formatting Hard Drives
For new hard drives, or if you wish to erase existing data, you will need to initialize and format them. The process varies slightly depending on your operating system.
