In Dehumidification mode, use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) buttons to set your desired humidity level, typically between 30% and 80% relative humidity. The unit will automatically turn on and off to maintain this level.
Continuous Drainage
For continuous operation without needing to empty the water tank, you can connect a drainage hose (not included) to the continuous drainage outlet at the back of the unit. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity drainage.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficient operation of your Qlima D 225 dehumidifier. Always unplug the unit before performing any maintenance.
Emptying the Water Tank
When the water tank is full, the unit will stop operating and an indicator light (FULL) will illuminate. Carefully pull out the water tank from the front of the unit, empty the collected water, and then reinsert the tank firmly until it clicks into place.

- Turn off and unplug the dehumidifier.
- Locate the air filter, usually at the back or side of the unit.
- Remove the filter.
- Clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner or wash it gently with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it.
Cleaning the Unit Exterior
Wipe the exterior of the dehumidifier with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasives, or solvents, as these can damage the surface.
Storage
If the unit will not be used for an extended period, empty the water tank, clean the filter, and ensure the unit is completely dry. Store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.
