Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your EOZ Icon earbuds and charging case. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Connect the charging case to a USB power source using the provided charging cable. The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 1-2 hours.
2. Pairing with Your Device
- Ensure the earbuds are charged and inside the charging case.
- Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by flashing lights on the earbuds.
- On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings.
- Search for new devices and select "EOZ Icon" from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, the earbud indicator lights will stop flashing, and you will hear an audible confirmation.
Note: The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.
3. Fitting the Earbuds
For optimal sound quality and comfort, select the ear tips that best fit your ears. The package includes three sizes (Small, Medium, Large). Gently insert the earbuds into your ear canal and twist slightly to secure them. A snug fit ensures better bass response and noise isolation.
Operating
Basic Controls
The EOZ Icon earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls for easy management of music and calls:
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call or active call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.
Using a Single Earbud
You can use either the left or right earbud independently. Simply leave the earbud you don't wish to use inside the charging case. The active earbud will automatically switch to mono mode. To switch back to stereo, simply take the other earbud out of the case and it will automatically connect.

Maintenance
Cleaning Instructions
To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your earbuds:
- Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the surface of the earbuds and charging case.
- For ear tips, remove them from the earbuds and clean with a mild soap solution and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
- Gently clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case with a dry cotton swab.
Caution: Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents. Do not submerge the earbuds or charging case in water.
Storage
When not in use, always store your EOZ Icon earbuds in their charging case to protect them from dust, dirt, and damage. Store the case in a cool, dry place away from extreme temperatures.
