Setup and Assembly

The EVOLAND Mini Exercise Bike is designed for quick and easy assembly. Follow these general steps:

  1. Unfold the main frame of the pedal exerciser until it locks into place.
  2. Attach the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main frame using the provided screws and tools. Ensure they are tightened securely.
  3. Attach the pedals to the crank arms. Note that pedals are typically marked 'L' for left and 'R' for right, and they may thread in opposite directions (left pedal often counter-clockwise). Ensure they are firmly attached.
  4. Insert the battery (1 x LR44, not included) into the LCD monitor if it's not pre-installed.

Operating Instructions

Using as a Leg Exerciser

Place the pedal exerciser on a stable surface in front of your chair or sofa. Sit comfortably and place your feet into the pedal straps. Adjust the straps to secure your feet. Begin pedaling in a smooth, controlled motion. Ensure your knees and elbows are not subjected to any discomfort by finding the correct distance from the exerciser.

Using as an Arm Exerciser

Place the pedal exerciser on a sturdy table. Sit in front of the table and place your hands into the pedal straps. Adjust the straps for a secure fit. Begin rotating the pedals with your arms in a smooth, controlled motion. Ensure your elbows are not subjected to any discomfort.

Adjusting Resistance

The EVOLAND Mini Exercise Bike features adjustable resistance. Locate the resistance knob (typically a screw-like mechanism) on the top of the unit. Turn the knob clockwise to increase resistance for a more challenging workout, and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance for an easier workout. Adjust gradually to find your preferred level.

LCD Monitor Functions

The integrated LCD monitor tracks your workout progress. It typically displays the following metrics:

  • TIME: Duration of your current workout session.
  • CNT (Count): Total number of revolutions during the current session.
  • RPM (Revolutions Per Minute): Your current pedaling speed.
  • CAL (Calories): Estimated calories burned during the workout.
  • SCAN: Automatically cycles through all display functions.

Press the red button on the monitor to cycle through the display modes or to reset the values (hold for a few seconds).

Maintenance
