Gestures are fully customizable in Logitech Options+.

4. Forward/Back Buttons

Two customizable buttons are located above the thumb rest. By default, these function as Forward and Back buttons for web browsing or file navigation. Their functions can be reassigned for specific applications using Logitech Options+.

5. Easy-Switch Button

Located on the bottom of the mouse, the Easy-Switch button allows you to seamlessly switch between up to three paired devices (e.g., desktop, laptop, tablet). Simply press the button to cycle through the connected devices.

6. Darkfield 4000 DPI Sensor

The Darkfield sensor provides precise tracking on virtually any surface, including glass (minimum 4mm thickness). The DPI (Dots Per Inch) sensitivity can be adjusted in Logitech Options+ for fine-tuning cursor speed and accuracy.

7. Logitech Flow

Logitech Flow allows you to control multiple computers with a single MX Master 3 mouse by simply moving your cursor to the edge of the screen. You can even copy and paste text, images, and files between computers. This feature requires Logitech Options+ to be installed on all connected computers and for them to be on the same network.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Mouse

To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, clean your MX Master 3 regularly:

2. Battery Life and Charging

The MX Master 3 has a long-lasting battery. When the battery level is low, the LED indicator on the mouse will turn red. Connect the mouse to a power source using the provided USB-C cable to recharge. A quick 1-minute charge can provide enough power for 3 hours of use, while a full charge lasts up to 70 days.
