Introduction

The VTech Soft and Smart Sensory Cube is designed to engage infants and toddlers with a variety of tactile, visual, and auditory experiences. This grow-with-me toy intrigues babies with its black-and-white patterns and colorful designs while toddlers love the put-and-take play. Three colorful buttons, a motion sensor and an interactive puppy encourage play with learning phrases and upbeat songs. Colorful fabric, ribbons, nubby apples and crinkly wings make this activity cube an adventure in touch, sight and sound. Little ones get to practice face recognition and self-discovery with the baby-safe mirror. As motor skills develop, your growing baby can grasp the handle, apples and puppy's paws. Toddlers can take the three textured balls out of the cube and put them in again. Put, take, repeat—it's one of their favorite games! Intended for ages 3-24 months.

Setup

Battery Installation

The VTech Soft and Smart Sensory Cube requires 2 AAA batteries. Batteries are included for demo purposes only. New batteries are recommended for regular use to ensure optimal performance.

1. Locate the battery compartment on the toy.
2. Using a screwdriver, open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 2 new AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Replace the battery compartment cover and tighten the screw.

Operating Instructions

Interactive Play

• Light-Up Puppy: Press the light-up puppy face to activate sounds, phrases, and upbeat songs. The puppy's face will illuminate.
• Number Buttons: Press the colorful number buttons (1, 2, 3) to hear counting phrases and additional sounds.
• Motion Sensor: The cube features a motion sensor that triggers sounds and phrases when the toy is moved or the sensory balls are placed inside.
• Sensory Balls: The three included textured balls can be placed into the top opening of the cube for put-and-take play. Each ball has a unique texture (stripes, dots) for tactile exploration.
• Crinkly Wings: Explore the crinkly butterfly wings for auditory stimulation.
• Teethers: The attached nubby apples can be chewed on for teething relief.
• Mirror: The baby-safe mirror allows for self-discovery and face recognition.
