Pressure Cooking
Use the Pressure Cooker Lid for this function. Pressure cooking allows for faster cooking times and tender results.

- Add ingredients and liquid to the inner pot according to your recipe. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
- Place the Pressure Cooker Lid on the base, aligning the arrow on the lid with the arrow on the base, then twist clockwise until it locks into place. Ensure the steam release valve is in the "Sealing" position.
- Press the PRESSURE COOK button.
- Use the TEMP and TIME buttons to adjust settings as needed.
- Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking.
- Once cooking is complete, allow pressure to release naturally or use the quick release method as per recipe instructions.
Air Frying
Use the Air Fryer Lid for this function. Air frying provides crispy results with less oil.
