1. Setup
Before first use, ensure your RoboVac 30C Slim Max is fully charged. Place the charging base against a wall on a flat, hard surface, ensuring no obstacles are within 3 feet on either side or 6 feet in front. Connect the charging adapter to the base and a power outlet.
Download the eufy Clean app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your RoboVac to your home's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. The RoboVac does not support 5 GHz frequency bands.
Strategically place the included boundary strips to create 'no-go zones' for your RoboVac, preventing it from entering specific areas.

Quiet Cleaning

Runtime & Safety Features
The RoboVac offers up to 100 minutes of cleaning time on a single charge (in standard mode on hard floors). It features a self-charging function, automatically returning to its base when battery is low and resuming cleaning once charged. Safety features include the ability to climb over obstacles up to 20mm and built-in sensors to prevent falls.
3. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance of your RoboVac 30C Slim Max. It is recommended to clean the dustbin and filter weekly, and the main roller brush and side brushes monthly, or more frequently depending on usage and pet hair presence.
Dustbin and Filter Cleaning
To clean the dustbin, press the release button and pull it out. Open the dustbin cover and remove the filter. Tap the filter to remove loose debris, or rinse it under running water if heavily soiled (ensure it's completely dry before reinserting). Empty the dustbin contents into a trash receptacle. Wipe the inside of the dustbin with a dry cloth.

Brush Cleaning
Remove the main roller brush by unlatching its cover. Use the included cleaning tool to cut and remove any hair or debris tangled around the brush. Similarly, remove the side brushes by gently pulling them off and clear any tangled hair. Reattach all components securely after cleaning.
4. Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
- RoboVac does not turn on or charge: Ensure the charging base is properly connected to power and the RoboVac is correctly docked. Clean the charging pins on both the RoboVac and the base.
- RoboVac gets stuck frequently: Clear wires and small objects from the cleaning area. Use boundary strips to block off problematic zones.
- Poor cleaning performance: Clean the dustbin, filter, and all brushes. Ensure the filter is not clogged.
- Unusual noises: Check the main roller brush and side brushes for tangled hair or debris. Inspect the wheels for any obstructions.
- RoboVac does not connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your router is set to 2.4 GHz. Restart your router and the RoboVac, then attempt to reconnect via the app.
