Its absorption cooling system ensures extremely low-noise operation, making it ideal for various environments.

Safety Instructions

To ensure safe operation, please adhere to the following safety guidelines:

• Ensure the minibar is placed on a stable, level surface to prevent tipping.
• Do not block ventilation openings. Maintain adequate space around the appliance for proper air circulation.
• Do not install the minibar near heat sources such as radiators, stoves, or direct sunlight.
• Connect the appliance only to a properly grounded electrical outlet with the correct voltage (220 Volts).
• Do not damage the refrigerant circuit. In case of damage, unplug the appliance immediately and contact qualified service personnel.
• Keep the interior clean and dry. Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this appliance.

Setup

1. Unpacking

2. Placement

• Place the minibar on a firm, level surface. Use the adjustable feet (if present) to ensure stability.
• Allow at least 10 cm (4 inches) of space around the back and sides of the minibar for adequate ventilation. This is crucial for efficient cooling and to prevent overheating.
• Avoid placing the minibar in direct sunlight or near heat-emitting appliances like ovens, radiators, or dishwashers.
• The minibar is designed for freestanding installation.

3. Initial Cleaning

Before first use, clean the interior and exterior of the minibar with a soft cloth and a mild detergent. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

4. Power Connection

After placement and cleaning, wait at least 2-4 hours before plugging the minibar into the electrical outlet. This allows the refrigerant fluids to settle. Connect the power cord to a dedicated 220 Volt, properly grounded wall outlet.

5. Door Reversal (Optional)

The Saro MB 30 features a reversible door. If you wish to change the door's opening direction, please refer to the detailed instructions provided in the separate door reversal kit (if applicable) or consult a qualified technician. This process typically involves moving hinges and the door handle to the opposite side.

Operating Instructions

1. Temperature Control

The Saro MB 30 minibar utilizes an absorption cooling system designed for quiet and efficient operation. The minibar maintains an optimal temperature for chilling beverages and snacks. Locate the temperature regulator dial inside the minibar, typically near the light or cooling element. Turn the dial to adjust the cooling intensity. Start with a medium setting and adjust as needed based on desired cooling performance and ambient temperature.

2. Loading the Minibar

Arrange items inside the minibar to allow for proper air circulation. Do not overload the shelves or door compartments. The minibar includes a height-adjustable grate and two door compartments for flexible storage.

3. Locking Mechanism

The Saro MB 30 minibar is equipped with a lock for securing its contents. Use the provided key to lock or unlock the door as needed.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

• Always unplug the minibar from the power outlet before cleaning.
• Clean the interior regularly with a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
• The exterior can be wiped with a damp cloth. For glossy finishes, use a non-abrasive cleaner to maintain shine.
• Clean the door gasket regularly to ensure a tight seal.

2. Defrosting

The Saro MB 30 minibar features an automatic defrost system, minimizing the need for manual defrosting. If ice buildup occurs, it will typically melt and evaporate automatically. For heavy frost, unplug the unit and allow the ice to melt naturally, then wipe dry.

3. Power Disconnection for Extended Periods

If the minibar will not be used for an extended period, unplug it, empty its contents, clean the interior thoroughly, and leave the door slightly ajar to prevent odors and mold growth.
