Setup

1. Assembly

1. Connect the extension pipe to the main vacuum unit until it clicks into place.
2. Attach the desired cleaning head (main brush or other accessories) to the other end of the extension pipe.
3. For mopping functionality, attach the magnetic mop reservoir to the main brush head.

2. Charging and Wall Mount

The ROIDMI NEX X20 features a convenient magnetic wall mount for charging and storage. The wall mount can also charge a spare battery simultaneously.

• Wall Mount Installation: Secure the magnetic wall mount bracket to a suitable wall using the provided screws and wall plugs. Ensure it is mounted at a height that allows the vacuum to hang freely. A recommended height for the top screw is approximately 53 inches from the ground, with the bottom screw at 42 inches.
• Charging: Once the wall mount is installed and plugged into a power outlet, simply attach the vacuum cleaner to the mount. The magnetic connection will secure the vacuum and initiate charging. The battery indicator lights on the vacuum will show the charging status.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off and Suction Modes

• Power On: Press and hold the power button on the main unit for a few seconds.
• Adjust Suction: Once powered on, press the mode button (usually near the power button) to cycle through the 3 available suction modes: Standard, Enhanced, and Max.
• Power Off: Press and hold the power button again until the unit turns off.

2. Vacuuming

Select the appropriate brush head for your cleaning surface. The main brush head is suitable for both hard floors and carpets. The LED lights on the main brush head automatically illuminate in dark areas, making cleaning under furniture easier.

3. 2-in-1 Mop & Vacuum Function

To use the mopping function, attach the magnetic water reservoir with a microfiber pad to the main brush head. Fill the reservoir with water. The vacuum will then simultaneously clean and mop your hard floors.

4. Handheld Use

Detach the extension pipe and main brush head to use the vacuum in handheld mode. Attach smaller accessories like the crevice tool or upholstery brush for cleaning furniture, car interiors, or tight spaces.

5. Intelligent App Control

Connect your ROIDMI NEX X20 to your mobile phone via Bluetooth using the dedicated app. The app allows you to check battery life, cleaning time, dustbin full indicator, filter change reminders, and other useful information.

Maintenance

1. Dustbin Emptying

The dustbin should be emptied regularly, especially when the 'bin full' indicator is active or suction power decreases. To empty, detach the dustbin from the main unit and open its bottom flap to release collected debris. Reattach securely after emptying.

2. Filter Cleaning

The 6-layer filtration system includes washable filters. It is recommended to clean the filters weekly to maintain optimal suction. The vacuum comes with two filters, allowing you to swap a dirty filter for a clean one while the other dries.

• Remove the filter from the dustbin.
• Tap the filter gently to dislodge loose dust.
• Rinse the filter under running water until clean.
• Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it into the vacuum.

3. Brush Roll Cleaning

Periodically check the main brush roll for tangled hair or debris. Use the provided cleaning tool to cut and remove any entangled hair. The brush roll can be easily removed for thorough cleaning.

4. Mop Head Self-Cleaning (if applicable)

If using the self-cleaning mop attachment, place the mop head into its dedicated cleaning station. The station will automatically wet and spin the mop pads to clean them, then dry them. Ensure the cleaning station has sufficient water for the process.

Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Check if the power adapter is correctly connected to the wall mount and the outlet.
• Low Suction: Empty the dustbin. Clean or replace the filters. Check the brush roll and extension pipe for blockages.
• Brush Roll Not Spinning: Check for tangled hair or debris obstructing the brush roll. Ensure the brush head is correctly attached.
• Mop Not Dispensing Water: Ensure the water reservoir is filled and correctly attached. Check the water dispensing settings via the app or on the mop head.
