4. Operation

4.1 Basic Playback and Sound Selection

Turn on the GO:PIANO using the power button. The instrument will default to a grand piano sound. Use the dedicated buttons on the control panel to browse and select from the 40 available instrument sounds, including electric pianos, organs, and strings.

4.2 Using Alexa Voice Control

  • Record Performance: Say, "Alexa, record my performance." (Recordings can be uploaded to cloud storage).

4.3 Bluetooth Connectivity

The GO:PIANO supports Bluetooth for connecting to mobile devices, enabling use with apps like Roland's Piano Partner 2 or streaming audio.

  1. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device.
  2. On the GO:PIANO, press the Bluetooth button to enter pairing mode.
  3. Select "GO:PIANO" from the Bluetooth device list on your mobile device to establish a connection.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

To clean the instrument, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner, then wipe dry immediately. Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the finish.

  • Bluetooth Connection Issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices and the GO:PIANO is in pairing mode. Try restarting both devices.
  • Keys Feel Stiff/Unresponsive: Ensure the instrument is on a flat, stable surface. If issues persist, contact customer support.
