Setup
Follow these steps to set up your Numark Scratch mixer and SoundSwitch DMX Micro Interface.
- Power Connection: Connect the included power adapter to the Numark Scratch mixer and then to a power outlet.
- USB Connection (Mixer): Connect the Numark Scratch mixer to your computer using a USB cable. This connection enables control of Serato DJ Pro and audio routing.
- Audio Inputs: Connect your turntables or media players to the LINE/PHONO inputs on the rear panel. Ensure the PHONO/LINE switch for each channel is set correctly according to your source.
- Audio Outputs: Connect the MASTER output (XLR or RCA) to your sound system. Connect the BOOTH output (RCA) to your booth monitors if applicable.
- Microphone Input: If using a microphone, connect it to the MIC input on the front panel.
- Headphones: Connect your headphones to the 1/4" or 1/8" headphone jacks on the front panel.
