Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the kettle and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or disposal.
  2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with clean water to the MAX level. Boil the water, then discard it. Repeat this process twice to remove any manufacturing residues.
  3. Placement: Place the power base on a dry, flat, stable surface away from the edge of the countertop. Ensure the power cord is not dangling or touching hot surfaces.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power base into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

  1. Filling the Kettle: Remove the lid and fill the kettle with the desired amount of fresh water. Do not fill below the MIN mark or above the MAX mark on the water level indicator.
  2. Securing the Lid: Place the lid back onto the kettle and ensure it is securely closed.
  3. Placing on Base: Position the kettle onto the 360-degree power base.

  6. Manual Shut-off: To stop the boiling process before it reaches boiling point, simply push the On/Off switch upwards.
  7. Pouring: Carefully lift the kettle from its base and pour the hot water. Exercise caution as the kettle body and steam can be very hot.

Descaling

Limescale buildup can affect kettle performance and water taste. Descale your kettle regularly, especially in hard water areas.

  1. Fill the kettle with a solution of one part white vinegar to two parts water.
  2. Bring the solution to a boil.
  3. Allow the solution to soak in the kettle for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy buildup.

  5. For stubborn deposits, gently scrub the interior with a non-abrasive brush or sponge.
