Introduction
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of your INTBUYING 72 inch 5 Pan Restaurant Electric Steam Table Buffet Food Warmer. Please read this manual thoroughly before initial use to ensure proper setup and to maximize the lifespan of your equipment.
The INTBUYING Bain-Marie is constructed from high-quality stainless steel, designed for high-efficiency performance in commercial settings such as restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, and cafeterias. It features a thermostat for precise temperature control and is equipped with five full-size, 4-inch deep pans.
Safety Precautions
- Always ensure the unit is connected to a grounded 110V power supply.
- Prohibit burning heater without water: Never operate the heating elements without sufficient water in the water pan. Ensure water level always covers the heating tube.
- Do not immerse the electrical components in water.
- Keep hands and foreign objects away from heating elements during operation.
- Allow the unit to cool completely before cleaning or performing maintenance.
- Use caution when handling hot pans and water.
Unpacking and Assembly
Carefully unpack all components and inspect for any shipping damage. Retain packaging materials for future transport or if return is necessary.
Package Contents:

Operating Instructions
- Initial Cleaning: Wash the pans thoroughly before the first use to remove any manufacturing residues.
- Fill Water Pan: Fill the main water pan with water. It is crucial to ensure that the water level goes over the heating tube to prevent dry burning and damage to the heating elements.
- Connect Power: Plug the unit into a standard 110V electrical outlet.
- Place Food Pans: Insert the food pans containing your prepared food into the wells.
- Set Temperature: Use the thermostat control dial on the front panel to set the desired water temperature. The water temperature range is 0℃-95℃ (0℉-203℉). The unit features sensitive temperature control, automatically stopping heating when the set temperature is reached and resuming when the temperature drops.
- Monitor Food: Regularly check the temperature of the food to ensure it remains at safe serving temperatures.
- Drain Water: After use, allow the unit to cool. Use the integrated faucet to easily drain water from the water pan.
