2. Package Contents

Note: Batteries are not included. The keyboard requires two AA batteries, and the mouse requires one AA battery.
3. Setup Instructions
3.1. Battery Installation
- For the Mouse:
- Open the battery compartment cover on the underside of the mouse.
- Insert one AA battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Locate and remove the USB Nano Receiver from its storage slot next to the battery.
- Close the battery compartment cover.
- For the Keyboard:
- Open the battery compartment cover on the underside of the keyboard.
- Insert two AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover.
3.2. Connecting to Your Computer
- Insert the USB Nano Receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- The operating system will automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. This process may take a few moments.
- Once the drivers are installed, the keyboard and mouse are ready for use.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Basic Usage
- Keyboard: Begin typing immediately after successful connection. The keyboard features a standard QWERTY layout with a numeric keypad.
- Mouse: Move the mouse to control the cursor on your screen. Left-click, right-click, and scroll wheel functions are standard.
4.2. Multimedia Hotkeys (Keyboard)
The keyboard includes dedicated multimedia hotkeys for quick access to common functions. These are typically located on the F-keys (F1-F12) and may require pressing the Fn key simultaneously.
- F1-F12: Functions may include media playback control (play/pause, stop, previous/next track), volume control (mute, volume down, volume up), web browser, email, and calculator. Refer to the icons on the F-keys for specific functions.
4.3. Mouse DPI Adjustment
The mouse offers adjustable DPI (Dots Per Inch) settings to change cursor sensitivity.
- To adjust DPI: Press the right mouse button and the scroll wheel simultaneously for 3 seconds. The DPI will cycle through available settings (e.g., 1600 DPI for office use, 2000-2400 DPI for 4K monitors or gaming).
- Polling rate: 125Hz and 250Hz.

4.4. Power Saving Mode
- The optical mouse automatically enters power-saving mode after 20 seconds of inactivity. Move the mouse to wake it up.
- The keyboard enters sleep mode after eight minutes of inactivity. Press any key to wake it up.

5. Maintenance
5.1. Cleaning

- Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or aerosol sprays.
5.2. Battery Replacement
- Replace batteries when performance degrades (e.g., delayed response, intermittent connection).
- Follow the battery installation steps in Section 3.1.

6. Troubleshooting
- No Connection/Unresponsive:
- Ensure the USB Nano Receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port.
- Check if the batteries in both the keyboard and mouse are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace if necessary.
- Try plugging the receiver into a different USB port.
- Restart your computer.
- Delayed Response/Intermittent Connection:
- Ensure the keyboard and mouse are within the effective operating range (up to 33ft/10m) of the USB receiver.
- Minimize interference from other wireless devices (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, other 2.4GHz devices).
- Replace batteries if they are low.
- Mouse Cursor Movement Issues:
- Clean the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse.
- Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface (not highly reflective or transparent).
- Adjust the DPI setting as described in Section 4.3.
- Keyboard Keys Not Registering:
- Ensure the keyboard is awake from power-saving mode by pressing any key.
- Check battery levels.
- If specific keys are not working, ensure no debris is lodged under them.
