4. Setup

1. Unpack all components from the packaging.
2. Insert the 2 AAA batteries into the remote control.
3. Connect the power adapter to the machine's power outlet and then to a wall socket.
4. Place the main unit on a flat, stable surface where you can comfortably sit and place your feet.
5. If using the TENS body massager, connect the electrode wires to the electrode wire interface on the main unit and attach the gel pads to the desired body areas.

Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the main unit or the remote control to power the device on or off. The colorful LCD screen will illuminate upon activation.

The device offers 25 different massage modes. Use the 'MODE +' or 'MODE -' buttons on the main unit or remote control to cycle through the available modes. The selected mode will be displayed on the LCD screen.
