Introduction
The HyperX ChargePlay Base is a Qi-certified wireless charging solution designed to safely and rapidly charge up to two Qi-enabled devices simultaneously. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your ChargePlay Base.

Setup
- Connect the USB Type-C cable to the HyperX ChargePlay Base.
- Connect the other end of the USB Type-C cable to the provided AC Wall Adapter.
- Plug the AC Wall Adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
- The ChargePlay Base is now ready for use.
Operating Instructions
Charging Devices
The HyperX ChargePlay Base features two Qi-certified charging pads, each capable of delivering up to 10 watts of power. It can charge two Qi-enabled devices simultaneously.
- Place your Qi-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, wireless mouse, headset) onto one of the charging pads.
- Ensure the device is centered on the charging pad for optimal performance.
- An individual LED indicator on the ChargePlay Base will illuminate to confirm that charging has begun.
- When the device is fully charged, some devices may cause the LED to remain lit. Refer to your device's charging status for confirmation.

Smart Power Distribution
The ChargePlay Base automatically adjusts power distribution, providing up to 10W per pad, with a combined total output of up to 15W when charging two devices. This ensures safe and efficient charging for all connected devices.
Maintenance
- Disconnect the power adapter before cleaning.
- Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Keep the charging pads free of dust and debris to ensure proper contact with devices.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Troubleshooting
