The iGPSPORT iGS620 is an advanced GPS cycling computer designed to track and analyze your cycling performance. It features a vibrant 2.2-inch anti-glare LCD color screen, comprehensive navigation capabilities, and broad compatibility with various ANT+ and Bluetooth sensors. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your device.

3. Device Overview
Familiarize yourself with the main components and controls of your iGS620 device.

Buttons:
- Power Button (Bottom Left): Press and hold to power on/off. Short press to access backlight/lock screen.
- Return/Back Button (Bottom Center): Navigate back in menus or confirm selections.
- Up/Down Buttons (Bottom Right): Scroll through menus, adjust values, or change data pages.
4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the iGS620. Connect the provided Micro USB cable to the charging port on the back of the device and plug the other end into a USB power adapter or computer USB port. The charging indicator will show the charging status.
4.2 Installing the Bike Mount
Attach the bike mount pad to your bicycle's handlebar or stem using the O-ring bands. Ensure the mount is securely fastened and positioned for optimal viewing. Align the iGS620 with the mount's tabs and twist clockwise until it locks firmly into place.
4.3 Initial Power On and Basic Settings
Press and hold the Power button to turn on the device. Upon first startup, you will be guided through initial setup steps:
- Language Selection: Choose your preferred language.
- Time Zone: Set your local time zone.
- Measurement Units: Select between metric (km/h, °C) or imperial (mph, °F) units.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 GPS Acquisition
When starting a ride, ensure the device has a clear view of the sky to acquire GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou satellite signals. This may take a few moments. A stable GPS signal is indicated by the GPS icon on the screen.
5.2 Sensor Pairing (ANT+ & Bluetooth)
The iGS620 supports external sensors via ANT+ and Bluetooth for enhanced data collection (e.g., heart rate monitors, speed/cadence sensors, power meters).
- From the main menu, navigate to Settings > Sensors > Add Sensor.
- Ensure your sensor is active and within range. The iGS620 will scan for available sensors.
- Select your sensor from the list and confirm pairing.
5.3 Data Display Customization
The iGS620 allows you to customize your data display pages to show the information most relevant to your ride.
- Access Settings > Display Settings.
- You can configure up to 6 data pages, with each page supporting 1 to 10 data fields.
- Choose from over 80 available data items, including speed, distance, time, heart rate, cadence, power, and more.
5.4 Navigation Features
The iGS620 provides map navigation for route guidance.

- Routes can be downloaded to the device wirelessly via Wi-Fi.
- From the main menu, select Navigation.
- Choose a pre-loaded route or import a new one.
- Follow the on-screen map and turn-by-turn directions.
5.5 Smart Notifications
Receive call and SMS notifications directly on your iGS620 when connected to your smartphone.

- Pair your smartphone with the iGS620 via Bluetooth.
- Ensure the iGPSPORT companion app is installed on your phone and running in the background.
- Notifications will appear on the iGS620 screen, allowing you to see incoming calls or messages at a glance.
5.6 Wi-Fi Connectivity
Use Wi-Fi for wireless data upload and firmware updates.
- Navigate to Settings > Wi-Fi.
- Select an available network and enter the password if required.
- Once connected, ride data can be automatically uploaded to the iGPSPORT cloud platform, and firmware updates can be downloaded and installed.
5.7 Weather Display
The iGS620 can display real-time weather information when connected to Wi-Fi or a smartphone.

6. Maintenance
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your iGS620.
- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the screen and casing.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the device frequently. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50% and recharge every few months.
- Water Resistance: The iGS620 is IPX7 waterproof, meaning it can withstand immersion in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. However, it is not designed for underwater use. Ensure the USB port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your iGS620, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Device will not power on:
Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the Micro USB cable. If it still doesn't respond, perform a force restart by pressing and holding the power button for 10-15 seconds. - No GPS signal:
Ensure you are in an open outdoor area with a clear view of the sky. Avoid tall buildings or dense tree cover. Allow several minutes for the device to acquire satellites. - Sensor not connecting/pairing:
Check if the sensor's battery is charged and if the sensor is active. Ensure the sensor is within close proximity to the iGS620. Try re-pairing the sensor through the device's 'Add Sensor' menu. - Short battery life:
Reduce screen brightness. Disable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not actively using them. Ensure the device is fully charged before each ride. Extreme temperatures can also affect battery performance. - Screen is unresponsive or frozen:
Perform a force restart by pressing and holding the power button for 10-15 seconds. - Data not syncing via Wi-Fi:
Verify that the iGS620 is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. Check your iGPSPORT account settings and ensure there are no pending uploads.
