Setup and Assembly

The Casper Queen Mattress Foundation is designed for quick and easy assembly without the need for any tools. Follow these steps:

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface. Ensure all listed components are present.
2. Arrange Rails: Position the two side rails and two end rails to form a rectangular frame. Ensure the 'UP' arrows on the rails are pointing upwards.
3. Connect Corners: Align the joints in all four corners of the frame. Push the corner pieces firmly together. Insert a corner pin into each of the four joints to secure the frame. A rubber mallet can be used for a snug fit if needed.

4. Install Center Support Beam: For Queen size foundations, align the center support beam with the designated slots on the end rails. Push the beam down firmly into place until it is securely seated.
5. Unroll Support Slats: Place the two sets of support slats onto the assembled frame. Unroll them towards the center, ensuring they lay flat and are evenly distributed across the frame. The slats are perfectly spaced at four inches apart for optimal mattress support.
